Ivy McGregor
Ivy McGregor is easily the most respected voice in Generation NOW philanthropy. Ms. McGregor is the Executive Director of BeyGOOD, a philanthropic organization that funds scholarships and works with other local charities to fundraise and raise awareness for local causes.
She is also the force behind the recent philanthropy plan that has taken the country by storm with Beyoncé's recent CÉCRED hair care launch. Together CÉCRED and BeyGOOD Fund launched an annual $500,000 fund for cosmetology school scholarships and salon business grants across five cities chosen for their large, diverse community of hair stylists: Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, and New Jersey.
Ms. McGregor is a reservoir of knowledge with over 25 years of experience in business strategies, social enterprise, and global partnerships. As the Renaissance World Tour Philanthropy Director, she led iconic Small Business Impact Luncheons which included moderated fireside chats with Tyler Perry, Tina Knowles, Mathew Knowles, Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Michael Erik Dyson, Cheryl Creuzot, and Dr. Russel Ledet.

Bridgid Coulter Cheadle is an award winning, serial entrepreneur and philanthropist with a decades long history of advocating for access to education and protection of the environment. Bridgid iscelebrated for her family’s philanthropic work with a focus on climate change, social justice, political decency, women’s equity and education for the historically marginalized.


Coach Tommy Amaker
Tommy Amaker is the Thomas G. Stemberg ’71 Family Endowed Coach for Harvard Men’s Basketball. Coach Amaker was introduced on April 13, 2007 and has since led the Harvard program to the most successful 17-year stretch in Ivy League history.
His accomplishments include guiding the team to four consecutive NCAA tournament appearances (2012-15), seven Ivy League Championships (five consecutive titles from 2011-15 and back to back titles in 2018 and 2019), three NIT appearances and seven 20-win seasons. He became the all-time winningest coach in program history after a historic win over Boston College on December 7, 2016.
Prior to his time at Harvard, Coach Amaker served as the head men’s basketball coach at both the University of Michigan and Seton Hall University. After his 2004 Michigan team won the NIT championship, Amaker became the youngest African American coach to win a national tournament title.
In 2006, Michigan finished as the runner-up in the NIT championship game. While at Seton Hall, Amaker was credited with bringing in the number one nationally ranked recruiting class, guiding the 2000 team to the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA tournament.
